Reason for a viewing trip
Its meaning is to show a representative portion of the area before any properties are visited, giving you a clear idea of infrastructure, services and amenities available at the preferred area of the client. There's no sense in considering a purchase if you don't like the region!.
We recommend the trip be a minimum of three days to allow clients sufficient time to see a good selection of properties and consider the big step of purchasing a property as a holiday home, for investment or for total relocation.
Airport transfers and lodging
VillaSpain can make your flight arrangements, car and hotel booking if you wish. We have special fares for our guests in excellent hotels, hostals and rural houses, both inland and on beaches. Same if you want a rental house or car, our clients obtain significant discounts when they book through VillaSpain.
Prebuyers-Program
Not sure about some aspect of the purchase and you don't want to commit for any reason?. No problem, book a property through the web minimum 30 days before arriving and stay at one of our rental properties. You pay the monthly rental but we refund 50% of the fare if you finally buy through us. We will make it once completion of the new property is done. This is an exclusive program only offered by VillaSpain.
Appointments
If you prefer to make your own travel and hotel arrangements, contact us for an appointment to view specific properties or any other enquiry. We will give you all the time you need once we know your requirements.
Please contact us to arrange mutually convenient dates for your trip, accommodation, car rental, etc.
In any event, you will never be placed under any pressure to buy: our working hours are from 10:00 am to around 6:00 pm - possibly a little longer in the summer months if you aren't too exhausted from the day's viewings!!
