- Send an email to us with a short description of the intended property, attaching the Registry Office Certificate (Nota Simple) or equivalent, proving the acquisition and legality of every property.
- Explicitly accept the terms and conditions that will be posted over with a login name and password before uploading any property to our listings.
- Follow the instructions and standards for uploading, keeping the professional exposure of our properties and the protection of the web site.
- Allow us to correct, complete or delete any unauthorized uploaded material, with no further explanation to the expositor.
Our web site is permanently monitored by specialists to keep it on the first places of the major search engines results in the world (Google, Yahoo, Ask, MSN, etc.) and many specialized directories on Real Estate business in almost all the European countries.
Once accepted, all the uploaded properties with photos from sellers or collaborators will look the same on the listings with no difference from ours. Every expositor receives a username and password allowing to upload photos, changing characteristics, prices, descriptions, etc., or deleting his properties at any time. All the time we are sharing our property portfolio with foreign and local agents (details on request), so your listing will get a wider exposure.
