Aftersales Service

Purchasing a property in another country can present unforeseen challenges and we will assist you through the process from start to finish, well after the keys are in your hand. Our long experience has taught us that closing a sale is just the first step of a never ending relationship with our clients and they will simply become members of our community and ultimately our friends.

When our clients buy a property through us we provide an aftersales service at no charge, including the following:

• Keep close contact with financial advisor and solicitor for everything related with the paperwork needed to happily complete the purchase, i.e.: NIE number, bank accounts and mortgages, tax registry, money transfers, etc.
• Regular updates on the progress of new builds or renovations, with photos by e-mail.
• Snagging of properties to minimize problems before move-in.
• Assistance with problems that arise before and after title deeds hand over (escritura).
• Assistance during contracting institutional and community services: schools, health services, water and electricity supply, etc.
• Introduction to different suppliers for any eventual required extra: alarm systems, insurances, furniture packages, swimming pool builders, landscaping and gardening, fly screens and all kind of small contractors, etc.
• Assistance with any other 'reasonable' requests.

In short, we will do everything reasonably possible to ensure that you have a trouble-free purchase after and long before the formal documents and paperwork.
